Thank you for shopping with Zynerae. We work with trusted global suppliers and fulfillment partners through AutoDS to deliver high-quality beauty and skincare products directly to your doorstep. Please review our updated shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
Because we operate through a dropshipping fulfillment system, your items may ship separately depending on availability and supplier location.
You will receive tracking information for each package as soon as it ships.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your region and supplier location.
Typical shipping estimates are as follows:

Other International Locations: 12–25 business days
Please note: These are average estimates. Delays can occur due to customs processing, shipping carrier issues, or seasonal demand.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear, as products may be shipped directly from different fulfillment centers.
If your tracking link doesn’t update after 7 days, please contact us at support@zynerae.com so we can assist you.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and order size.
We offer Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders over $50 (or equivalent) to selected countries.
5. International Shipping & Customs
Zynerae ships internationally via AutoDS fulfillment partners.
Import taxes, customs duties, or related fees may be applied once your order reaches its destination.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility, and Zynerae is not liable for any additional costs or customs delays.
6. Order Splitting
To ensure faster delivery, your order may be split into multiple shipments.
If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no additional cost.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days (domestic) or 45 business days (international), please reach out to our support team.
We’ll help track your package and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund according to our policy.
Please note that once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen items.
8. Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
Zynerae is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to make a change, contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order.
9. Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If a package is returned because of incorrect address information, refusal of customs fees, or unclaimed delivery, we can resend it (with shipping cost) or issue a partial refund minus original shipping fees.
