Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Zynerae. We want you to love every item you receive. Because we operate as a dropshipping store fulfilled through AutoDS, our return and refund process is slightly different from traditional retail stores. Please review the policy below before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been sent to fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
To request cancellation, contact us immediately at support@zynerae.com with your order number.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Since Zynerae ships from multiple international suppliers via AutoDS, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, such as wrong color, size preference, or change of mind after shipping.
We can only approve returns or replacements if:

You received the wrong item

The item is damaged or defective

The product is significantly different from what was described on our website
If your item qualifies, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos or video of the item and packaging showing the issue
We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if applicable. Please do not send items back directly to the supplier or warehouse without authorization, as we cannot guarantee a successful return or refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost once verified.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
In some cases, we may issue a partial refund if only part of your order is affected.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, including (but not limited to):

Skincare, beauty, or wellness products once opened

Tools and accessories that have been used

Digital or downloadable items

Gift cards or promotional items
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank or PayPal account again.

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a Zynerae or supplier error (wrong or defective item).
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or delivery carrier first. Unfortunately, Zynerae cannot refund or replace items confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
